DaySmart Acquires Time To Pet

Deal brings pet-sitting and dog-walking capabilities to DaySmart’s business management software solutions for pet care providers.

DaySmart Software, a provider of vertically focused business management software, has acquired Time To Pet, a provider of pet care software.

The acquisition brings pet sitting and dog walking capabilities to DaySmart Pet customers and augments the company’s pet grooming and daycare offerings, according to a press release.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
