(PRESS RELEASE) MILWAUKEE, WI – Frankly Pet, a company that offers a complete line of beef collagen treats and chews for dogs, welcomes Chad Wagner as its new chief operating officer.

As COO, Chad will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that everything from manufacturing and supply chain to distribution and other key operational functions all run smoothly. Working closely with the company’s CEO, Alan Snyder, he’ll also help develop and implement strategic growth plans to ensure the company’s success.

“Chad joins our team at a very exciting time,” commented Alan Snyder, CEO. “As our company continues to see tremendous growth, we’ve set some ambitious goals and I’m confident that Chad will play a key role in helping us achieve them.”

Prior to joining Frankly Pet, Chad spent several years working in the leather industry, managing roles at West Coast Shoe Co., Gutmann Leather and Law Tanning Co. Having served as a consultant on and off for Frankly over the last two years, he already has an immense knowledge of the company’s raw materials, which will allow him to hit the ground running as he drives the brand further towards exceeding their goals.

When he’s not busy working, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandra, their three daughters and two dogs. He and his wife also love glamping with their pups in their motorhome.

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
