Held as a separate stand-out event during Atlanta Pet Fair & Conference, North America’s Largest Grooming Competition, GroomBowl will be the must-see event of a lifetime for groomers. Join Professional and Amateur groomers in competing in this revolutionary competition that combines grooming skills with gaming strategy. From industry legends (from across the globe) competing in the Professional Division to undiscovered talent in the Amateur Division, groomers will compete in this team-format, sporting style showdown to claim the GroomBowl Championship! Whether you are a patron who will be sponsoring a team, a competitor, or a grooming competition fan, plan to attend now and cheer for your favorites.
Both Professional and Amateur Teams will compete in separate divisions in this “strategy meets grooming competition” showdown. Whether you choose to compete with your grooming world friends, enter to represent your state, or your entry represents your favorite industry brand, plan now to select your teammates and participate in this event. Start building your team now- choose your members, name your team, select your uniforms, etc.- and plan to place your team into the selection process for the inaugural running of GroomBowl.
The Championship Team from each division will win a coveted custom trophy and prize money, plus each team member will receive a commemorative rosette and choice of a Championship Ring or Pendant. The Reserve Team from each division will win a custom trophy and prize money, plus each team member will receive a rosette and award.
There will be a Bowl Selection process so plan your team wisely and submit your team application beginning July 31, 2020.
Application Process
You must submit an online application to be considered for the GroomBowl competition. The application open date will be Friday, July 31, 2020 at 8am EST and will close on Thursday, October 1 at 5pm PST. Submitting an application does not guarantee you will compete in the contest. GroomBowl participation will be limited for each division using the weighted points scale shown on the application form. You will be notified via email by October 16, 2020 5pm PST if your team has been selected as a participant for the GroomBowl.
