(PRESS RELEASE) Angela Ardolino has an extensive resume: holistic pet expert, medical cannabis expert, entrepreneur and business owner, and now podcast host. The CBD Dog Health founder has partnered with Cannabis Radio to launch a weekly podcast bringing practical holistic pet information to listeners across the country. It’s a Dog’s Life with Angela Ardolino, will be available on iTunes, iHeartRadio, Stitcher, Spotify, Spreaker, TuneIn, Cannabis Radio Network, and CBDDogHealth.com, and will premiere on Monday, Aug. 12.
“Animals have always been my passion,” says Ardolino. “I am thrilled to be able to share my holistic pet expertise with thousands of listeners across the country. I am looking forward to interviewing guests who will bring valuable information to pet parents so that they can make informed decisions for their families.”
It’s a Dog’s Life will air weekly on Mondays and is kicking off with interviews with the nation’s top holistic veterinarians and pet experts. Episodes will feature veterinarian Bob Goldstein, founder of Earth Animal, as well as veterinarians Dee Blanco, Jean Hofve and Karen Becker. Ardolino, who is based in the Tampa Bay area, hopes to use the platform to share greater awareness for issues facing pet owners and to provide guidance and information on safely using CBD, essential oils, and other herbal treatments for pets.
“In my experience of 40 years practicing veterinary medicine, I would put the benefits of CBD way at the top,” says Goldstein. “I have not seen many natural substances produce the results that CBD is producing in the animals we are testing on.”
Cannabis Radio is home to The Tommy Chong Podcast, Cannabis Confidential with Dr. Dina, Blazin’ with Bobby Black, and Blunt Business, among other popular shows. It’s a Dog’s Life will be the only pet-centered show available on the network. Although hosted on Cannabis Radio, the show will not solely focus on cannabis or CBD for pets but will also discuss a range of pet-related issues, triumphs, and industry happenings.

“When I was approached by Cannabis Radio, I knew the platform would be ideal,” says Ardolino. “The show will be the only one of its kind on the network. Together with my business partner, Hernando Umana, I have been traveling the country to provide free CBD Sessions and seminars. While I still plan to continue to hold these seminars, the podcast platform will give us the opportunity to reach pet parents wherever they are at a time that is convenient for them.”
