After Hurricane Helene, our store had badly flooded and there was no power to use a wet vac or sump pump. When my wife and I finally got to the shop, I truly thought we were going to have to close for good. But neighbors from other businesses and even a few passersby helped us “sweep” water out the front door. After a few hours, only a few puddles remained.
