Oxbow Animal Health Welcomes Brittany Wilson as Workplace Safety Specialist

(PRESS RELEASE) Oxbow Animal Health has announced the hiring of Brittany Wilson as workplace safety specialist. In her role, Wilson will plan, direct, implement and monitor a comprehensive safety program that insures a safe, healthy and accident-free work environment.

Wilson received her bachelor’s of science in emergency management from the University of Nebraska Omaha where she focused her research on vulnerable populations, Native American tribal governments, prison safety and pipeline and hazardous materials transportation safety. Wilson is currently pursuing a master’s in business administration with a focus on risk management from the University of Nebraska Omaha. She comes to Oxbow from Werner Enterprises where she worked on the corporate safety team as a DOT compliance and reporting analyst.

“My driving mantra is that safety is a matter of compassion and humanity, as well as a conscious effort todo the right thing,” said Wilson. “Oxbow has internalized a passionate and innovative safety culture, unlike anything I have ever seen before. I am thrilled to be able to work with such amazing people to help keep them happy, healthy, and safe every day that they come to work.”
