Phillips Pet Food & Supplies to Buy Northwind Distributing

Northwind is based in Montana.

EASTON, PA – Phillips Pet Food and Supplies announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Northwind Distributing located in Bozeman, MT.

Northwind has been known as a key distributor in the Montana market. This acquisition allows Phillips to expand its existing customer and brand portfolio in Montana, Idaho and Utah.

Phillips stated: “Our goal and mission remain sustaining the health of the independent pet channel. We truly believe a major component of this goal is providing increased availability of products and services from a single, trusted, distribution partner.”

Phillips said more information on the acquisition would be sent to Northwind customers in coming weeks.
