Phillips to Distribute By Nature Dog and Cat Food

(PRESS RELEASE) Phillips Pet Food & Supplies will begin distribution of the full line of By Nature dog and cat food on Sept. 1.

By Nature will be available exclusively through Phillips’ distribution centers located in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Iowa. Phillips was set to begin pre-booking for By Nature at the beginning of August.

By Nature is a premium pet food brand positioned exclusively for the independent pet channel,” said Elizabeth Thibodeau, senior vice president, merchandising and marketing for Phillips Pet Food & Supplies. “Phillips understands the competitive challenges that independent retailers face in today’s environment. A high quality product backed by channel exclusivity differentiates the assortment of our independent retailers and drives traffic to their stores.”

By Nature is exclusive to independent retailers for a minimum period of 12 years. The line will not be available through online, big box, or large chain retail outlets.
