(PRESS RELEASE) WHITE PLAINS, NY — Tall Tails introduces the WFH (With Fido at Home) Campaign to support Local Independent Pet Specialty Retailers and Animal Shelter Partners during this time of uncertainty. With social distancing and shelter-in-place policies in effect, our normal routines are now disrupted. Pet parents no longer congregate at the dog park or shop and converse with their local pet store owner. To bring face-to-face engagement online, Tall Tails has created a digital community hub for pet parents to participate in a fun contest with a purpose – to support their local pet retailers while donating to local animal shelters.
To accomplish these goals, Tall Tails has asked their national audience to post a photo of their work from home set-up with their dog and nominate their favorite local independent pet specialty retailer.
- For every pet parent that posts a photo, Tall Tails will contribute $1 USD in product donations to their local animal shelters partners.
- For each nomination, the local pet specialty retailer will earn discounts and prizes provided by Tall Tails. The more nominations, the better the rewards!
This campaign is not centered around promotions, products, or programs, but solely to support and create engagement. It is important, now more than ever, to meaningfully connect pet parents and pet retailers with a common goal while remaining safe and secure, indoors.
