The summer heat makes indoor shopping malls popular destinations. Which are the best of the best, and why?
To answer those questions, USA Today used the following methodology to identify the 10 best indoor shopping malls in the country: “The paper’s 10BEST editors and a panel of experts started by nominating their top picks, factoring in the variety of stores, the breadth of dining and entertainment options, ease of access, and events that set them apart from the rest. Then, readers voted to decide the winners.”
Below is the resulting 10 best roster of indoor malls. The information for each mall is accompanied by a snippet (in italics) describing something that sets it apart from the hundreds of other such complexes across the country.
