As the manufacturer of non-toxic ultraviolet germicidal (UVGI or UV) sanitizing technology for the animal care industry, PetAirapy works with Dr. Kowalski to identify new, existing, and emerging pathogens and how to quickly and safely eliminate them from the air and surfaces in animal care facilities and residences. Dr. Kowalski has worked as a UV researcher at Penn State, served as president of the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA), and is currently rendered an expert by NASA on the subject matter of UV. He is an expert recommended by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air- Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Dr. Kowalski is also the author of the acclaimed “Hospital Airborne Infection Control” and “Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation Handbook: UVGI for Air and Surface Disinfection”.
