(PRESS RELEASE) SEATTLE, WA — Boss Nation Brands Inc. announces a new partnership with Independent Pet Supply, a family-owned distribution company that has been in business for more than 28 years.

The Seattle based pet distributor has a focus on delivering all-natural pet food and one-of-a kind pet products. Every product it represents is checked for quality standards. They even taste products themselves to make sure they are satisfied. With that philosophy for quality, it was a clear decision for Boss Nation to establish a partnership.

Independent Pet Supply has begun distribution of Boss Nation products in their home area, which includes Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Soon they will expand to the southern area of the West Coast, which includes California.

The mission of Boss Nation Brands is to provide the very best products for pets, made from the highest quality ingredients that contain digestive benefits. The company believes that true health starts with great nutrition, so founder Basel Nassar developed his line of cat and dog food with that in mind. “Pet health starts in the gut, which is why probiotics and prebiotics are added to all our products. This is important to pet parents, so we are thrilled to be working with Independent Pet Supply to reach even more animal owners”, said Basel recently.

Currently the company has more than a dozen products on the market, including a hard tactical line of collars, leashes and harnesses. For more information go to bossnationbrands.com.

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
