(PRESS RELEASE) MANSFIELD, MA — The Hagen Group, a global leader in pet care products and brands, is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Barth to General Manager of Hagen USA. In this expanded role, Stephen will oversee all aspects of Hagen USA including, sales, marketing, customer care, and channel strategy while helping to shape Hagen’s future growth.
Stephen joined Hagen in early 2025 as Senior Vice President of Sales and quickly made an impact by driving customer partnerships, expanding the company’s presence in consumables, and aligning cross-functional teams for growth. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience, including senior roles at BARK, Blue Buffalo and Royal Canin.

In addition, Hagen is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Mullins as Senior Vice President of Sales – All Channels. Luke brings nearly two decades of pet industry experience spanning leadership roles across some of the category’s most recognized brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Primal Pet Group, where he played a central role in strengthening retail partnerships and expanding distribution. Prior to that, Luke held senior sales leadership positions at Champion Petfoods, overseeing both Strategic Accounts and the U.S. Neighborhood Pet channel, and spent over a decade at Blue Buffalo, where he helped shape sales strategy and led key accounts through the brand’s rapid growth and acquisition by General Mills. Earlier in his career, Luke gained foundational experience with Mary’s Nutritionals and Royal Canin, building expertise across both emerging and established categories.
