Earth Animal Launches Herbal Flea & Tick Collar For Dogs and Cats

(PRESS RELEASE) SOUTHPORT, CT -Earth Animal, the trusted choice in award-winning, health improving, veterinary formulated products is launching a new Herbal Flea & Tick Defense Collar for Cats and Dogs to join and enhance their current flea & tick defense program. The new Herbal Flea & Tick Collar is proudly formulated by Dr. Robert Goldstein, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Earth Animal.

“In 1979, we learned that the ingredients used in traditional flea & tick collars were derivatives of toxic nerve gas. And since then, our mission has been to raise awareness of the serious, adverse health risks that comes with using chemicals or insecticides on pets to kill fleas and ticks,” said Susan Goldstein, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Earth Animal. “As pet parents ourselves as well as holistic healers, we were committed to developing something we would be proud to use. And, our collars are tried and tested by us and are a natural, safe and effective solution we stand by,” added Susan.

Earth Animal’s Herbal Flea & Tick Defense Collars are formulated by Dr. Bob and were developed, made and tested in France. The collars are infused with a natural blend of aromatic herbs and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved, essential oils with a fresh, minty fragrance. The key ingredients of these effective collars are Peppermint Oil and Virginia Cedarwood Oil. The preventative power of these gentle oils are non-offensive to the dog or cat, but loathed by fleas and ticks. Earth Animal is offering four sizes in the collars – three sizes for dogs; small/puppies, medium and large dogs and one size for cats.

The Herbal Flea & Tick Defense Collars round out Earth Animal’s Flea & Tick Defense Program that is a system of products made with natural, safe and effective ingredients used both internally and externally, that defend against and eliminate fleas, ticks and other biting insects. “Flea & tick “season” is no longer. We are experiencing an epidemic and need to be defending against these insects year round. We are hopeful pet parents will use our new collar as added protection for their beloved animals,” said Dr. Bob and Susan.
