(PRESS RELEASE) CHICAGO, IL — FetchFind, which provides staff training and other business solutions to pet care service companies and pet-friendly businesses around the globe, has announced an educational partnership with the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), a business association that provides resources, industry expertise, staff education and training, certifications, and legislative support for the pet care services industry.

“IBPSA is committed to providing members with the education and resources they need to set themselves apart and succeed,” says Carmen Rustenbeck, executive director and founder of IBPSA. Starting in January 2019, for a flat fee of only $100, IBPSA members will be able to access more than 100 pieces of staff training and enrichment content on topics including canine body language and communication, feline fundamentals, handling and equipment, teaching basic behaviors, breeds, development and health, business toolkits, customer service and management, and facility cleaning protocols.

FetchFind CEO Jamie Migdal says, “This is a wonderful validation of the FetchFind mission to make pet care better, safer, and smarter. With this partnership, IBPSA is helping to make industry-leading education even more accessible to thousands of dedicated pet care providers across the country. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
