As part of her new role, she’ll lead all aspects of the company’s customer service department by connecting with distributors and completing website orders, as well as answering customers’ questions.
With an outstanding eye for satisfaction, Alice will work on developing new techniques and improving internal processes to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled. She will manage several aspects of the business, such as office operations, production, the company’s website, maintaining inventory, and more. Additionally, she’ll act as the company’s human resource contact and will be responsible for payroll and invoicing, plus coordinating all the offices’ administrative activities, including organizing meetings, managing databases and communicating effectively with staff, suppliers and clients.

Alice has been actively involved in dog rescue for more than 20 years. She’s spent time fostering, conducting home checks and volunteering at shelters. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at and remodeling her cabin in up north Wisconsin, as well as spending time with her four dogs and two cats.
