(Press Release) CLACKAMAS, OR – Pet wear company Gold Paw Series has introduced the Santa Fe Pullover, the first product from Gold Paw Series that utilizes natural fibers.

The Santa Fe Pullover is made from both bamboo rayon and organic cotton. Many consumers prefer natural fiber materials because they are more breathable, more comfortable on the skin and less likely to aggravate skin conditions. Organic cotton is more biodegradable than conventional grown cotton and its production sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people by using natural processes.

This natural fiber pullover has a cowl neck collar and includes all of the comfort of the brand’s popular Stretch Fleece. Plus, it encompasses benefits that make it sustainable, renewable and anti-static. There is also 5 percent spandex built-into the material, which provides a more fitted look.

The Santa Fe Pullover is available in these colors: Vintage Violet, Butternut Orange and Silver Grey. It will retail between $39 and $45.
Founded in 2006, Gold Paw Series is a family-run dogwear company dedicated to improving the lives of dogs and their owners with thoughtful, practical solutions to everyday problems. All of their products are sewn in the USA, which is also where many of their materials are sourced. The company uses recycled materials in its textiles, as well as biodegradable packaging.

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
