Here’s What to Say When Welcoming an Unfamiliar Face to Your Store




Have your salespeople ask this question when encountering an unfamiliar face.

Is this your first time visiting our store? 

WHY? If the answer is “yes”, follow with, “Let me show you around a bit.” If the answer is “no”, say “Welcome back. How can we help you today?” Either way, the customer is now involved, and you have control of the conversation.
