(PRESS RELEASE) Raised Right is a family-owned human-grade pet food company that works with veterinarian Dr. Karen Becker to make “home cooked style” whole-food recipes for dogs and cats that are stored frozen and served fresh. Raised Right just recently launched five new recipes, along with completely new packaging as all of its food will now be sold in 1-pound flexible trays.
For the new recipes, Raised Right is adding a Turkey Puppy Growth Recipe, along with a line of Meat & Pumpkin Adult Dog Recipes — which are actually even more limited ingredient than its Original Adult Dog Recipes as they were able to formulate its Pork & Pumpkin Recipe to meet AAFCO’s standards for a complete and balanced diet through using only seven ingredients. Both Raised Right’s Beef & Pumpkin Recipe and Chicken & Pumpkin Recipe have just eight ingredients, and its Turkey & Pumpkin Recipe has nine ingredients.
What prompted Raised Right to launch its Meat & Pumpkin Recipes came from customers asking if they could add pumpkin to its recipes.
“We frequently had customers reaching out asking if they could add pumpkin to our recipes. After enough people reached out, we decided that we should create a line of recipes that had pumpkin in them.
