The Customer Was on Drugs. But for the Puppy, There Was at Least a Happy Ending

A customer walks in who is clearly under the influence of drugs with a puppy in her hands. She comes to the front counter and asks if we knew of anyone interested in taking the puppy. There was a customer at the counter who was travelling through town as a visitor and showed some interest in the puppy. The person handed the puppy to the visitor and proceeded to run out of the store leaving the puppy with the visitor. The visitor still has the puppy! — Kaye Davis, Moab BARKery, Moab, UT
