Advantek Marketing, Walk-Long, and Neocraft Resolve Patent Dispute

Parties have agreed not to continue selling the Pet Companion in its current form.

(PRESS RELEASE) MOORPARK, CA — Advantek Marketing, Walk-Long, and Neocraft announce that they have resolved their dispute over Advantek Marketing’s allegations that Walk-Long and Neocraft’s My Pet Companion products infringe Advantek Marketing’s U.S. Patent Nos. D715,006, D870,978, and 9,903,401. Advantek Marketing filed its lawsuits against Walk-Long and Neocraft in federal court in the Central District of California (Case Nos. 2:16-cv-03061 and 2:19-cv-05326). Walk-Long and Neocraft have agreed not to continue selling the Pet Companion in its current form.
