The company has appointed a warehouse manager, director of operations & logistics, and director of administration & customer service to support its growing business and meet the increasing demand for its products.
CANOPHERA’s NEW warehouse manager, Robert Silva, has been with the company for 6 months. Before beginning his journey with CANOPHERA, Robert was a warehouse operations manager for a local nonprofit for four years. While Robert is new to the pet industry, his experiences with detail-oriented work environments and his attention to detail will only heighten the level of excellence CANOPHERA strives for.
Wade Plummer has been named director of operations & Logistics for CANOPHERA and has been in this current position for 4 months. Before joining the team, Wade owned a residential design and drafting company. His architect mind is perfect for the detail needed to ensure systems and processes run smoothly. At the beginning of versed career, Wade spent his time as a convention center manager. These skills have made a seemingly smooth transition into the pet industry, and his professionalism is a calming rutter to the CANOPHERA Team.
Lastly, Kaila Zielenski joining the team as director of administration & customer service is just the breath of fresh air that CANOPHERA needed. Being new to the pet industry has not been intimidating. As a former teacher, Kaila brings a communication style of genuinely caring and listening to customers’ needs on a whole new level. With the willingness to learn and tackle new responsibilities with determination and grace, Kaila looks forward to assisting CANOPHERA in this time of tremendous growth.
