LIX Introduces New Advanced Formula to Product Line

The new Advanced Formula is a 3:2:1, boasting 1200mg CBD/800mg CBG/400mg CBN for advanced healing.

(PRESS RELEASE) CANBY, OR — LIX, a pet wellness company focused on improving the lives of pets, announces the launch of a new Advanced Formula to its line of flavorless and odorless custom broad spectrum CBD products. The new Advanced Formula is a 3:2:1, boasting 1200mg CBD/800mg CBG/400mg CBN for advanced healing.

The 3:2:1 Advanced Formula is a blend of CBD:CBG:CBN helping to relieve many of the ails of cognition dysfunction in aging animals, helps reduce stress and promotes a deep, restful sleep with a refreshed and energetic wake-up. It is ideal for pets already receiving CBD and looking for maximum support, as well as senior pets and those suffering from more advanced medical conditions.

“Our endocannabinoid system is a massive neurotransmitter system that keeps us healthy. It modulates or controls every physiological system in our animals (and our) bodies from how we feel, eat, think, and the list goes on. We must help the body alleviate inflammation and further support healing to improve the quality of life of our pets. Even more so, as the body ages, physical/mental/emotional stress becomes more of an event, sleep is disturbed, or cognition suffers. Keeping systemic wellness at the front of our minds, we know we can support the endocannabinoid system through the use of phytocannabinoids as we have been doing in our current line of products. This is why we are determined to continue to create products that expand to the next level for animals needing a higher level of support and why we are thrilled with the results of this new Advanced Formula”, said Kirstan Sanders, co-founder.

“We believe in the use of cannabinoids for healing within the body and mind. Once we solved the problem of administering CBD products to pets, we paired it with proper education around expectations and dosing to create winning results within our current line of ELIXIRS. We then went to work on how we could create this Advanced Formula blend to increase support for senior pets and other animals needing that extra wellness or healing support. The results we are seeing around cognitive improvements, engagement, physical benefits and more in seniors is something to get really excited about! After almost a year of planning, formulating and testing, we have found the sweet spot with our CBD:CBG:CBN Advanced Formula and are ready to deliver this incredible product to our customers!” said Erin Hills, co-founder.

The Advanced Formula rounds out LIX’s baseline of products. Made to be organic, all-natural, and with limited ingredients, the current line contains the flavorless and odorless broad-spectrum tincture, the ELIXIR, available in 250MG (dog & feline), 500MG, 1000MG, & 2500MG (large breed). The BITES, a soft chew formulated with the same flavorless and odorless oil, is available in 400MG/10MG per BITE, 800MG/20MG per BITE, 1600MG/40MG per BITES (the highest on the market). Lastly, the healing and soothing salve, the HEALER available in 100MG & 300MG.

LIX is a pet wellness company inspired to support the mental, physical, and emotional health and bring balance to the lives of our pets, with a portfolio of purposefully formulated products that fill a glaring gap within the saturated CBD and hemp market. LIX launched in the Pacific Northwest market in early 2020 and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing pet CBD companies in one of the most saturated markets because it’s simple, easy, and effective. Our custom broad-spectrum cannabinoid blend offers increased benefits for pets without the hemp taste and smell. Our products taste great across the board and are kind to our furry or not-so furry friends, kind to our world, and kind to our bank accounts.

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
