With over 20 years of experience in Pet Specialty, Nicolette’s experience ranges from merchandising to sales management.

“I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people and learning what challenges they have for which I may be of assistance,” Nicolette said of her professional work history. “I’ve continues to work with Pet Specialty and Canadian markets over the years because I enjoy the individuality, the people, and the diversity it brings. There are so many unique stories and challenges to be heard and discovered.”
Under Nicolette’s leadership, the sales team will continue to support independent retailers. This strategic initiative seeks to maximize the company’s resources, simplify its operations, and cultivate a more cooperative and customer-focused methodology, all while driving company expansion and sustainability. Independent pet retailers form the backbone of the business; with deep-rooted connections to the community, they play a vital role in the company’s success.
