What Happened When a Customer Got Her Bird Stuck in Her Hair

A customer calls me and says her African Grey is caught in her hair and she can’t get him out. A few minutes later, the customer pulls up in front of the store with the bird on top of her head. Sure enough, he was wrapped up tight.
