(PRESS RELEASE) PHOENIX, AZ — Ware Pet Products, an industry leader in fun, smart and stylish pet product solutions, celebrates the company’s 30th Anniversary with a year filled with commemoration, reflection, and a whole lot of fun.

March 22-24, the Ware Pet Products Team will be exhibiting at Global Pet Expo 2023 in Orlando, FL. For those in attendance, it hopes you will come by Booth #4823 to celebrate the milestone with them.

Ware Pet Products started thirty years ago in 1993 with one single (large) customer, four employees, and one big order to fulfill. The small but mighty team had to be able to move fast and stay lean. With a facility not spacious enough to accommodate the finished products for this first order, Ware cages were stacked outside the dock door until they could be picked up. From their humble beginnings, Ware is proud to have earned its current position as a well-respected industry leader with a wide array of products and solutions that today’s pet-parents demand (or want) and still family owned and operated

Expanding warehouse space in AZ and working with Steve Ware’s brother Douglas Ware, Vice President of Ware Pet Products, the company opened its East Coast location in Tennessee, enabling Ware to better serve all customers across the USA. The Ware family and team is so proud of where the company is today and for the many customers, consumers, pets, and Ware team members who have contributed to the 30 years of success developing creative, innovative, and award-winning products.

Terri Ware, vice president of Ware Pet Products, shared, “Wow, it’s hard to believe Ware Pet Products is 30 years old. We are beyond blessed to be a part of the pet industry and to have the opportunity to be a positive part of the industry’s growth these last three decades. Our ability to adjust and evolve to the way pet-parents care for their pets and provide innovative solutions for stronger companionship means so much to our team and the pets and people we serve.”

Steve Ware, president of Ware Pet Products adds, “Our mission and Ware’s recipe for success and longevity comes down to three main guiding principles that we have learned in these 30 years: 1) Surround yourself with a variety of people, both internally and externally, that offer differing perspectives and expertise, 2) Embrace technology and change, and 3) Support and listen to your internal talent.”

NASC Media Spotlight

At first it was just an idea: Animal supplements needed the same quality control that human-grade supplements receive. But that was enough to start a movement and an organization —the National Animal Supplement Council — that would be dedicated to establishing a comprehensive path forward for the animal supplements industry. In this Media Spotlight interview, NASC’s president, Bill Bookout, talks to PETS+ interviewer Chloe DiVita about the industry today: Where it’s headed, what’s the latest focus and why it’s vital to gain the involvement of independent pet product retailers.
